No Bailout. It Screws U!

I spotted this politically-minded graffiti under the BQE in the desolate stretch of land that separates Carroll Gardens from Red Hook. A valiant attempt at grass-roots lobbying but I can't help but think it's somewhat poorly targeted to reach those in the seat of power. I'd love to know what passion possessed the outraged scribe to bust out his spray can and scrawl his message of protest on this column located in one of the most impoverished neighborhoods in New York.
